Thursday at Lagoon

First off, Lagoon and pregnancy do not go well together. Don't get me wrong, I had a lot of fun, especially since I got to take Chloe on a lot of rides. Usually she has to take turns with the bigger kids and ends up not getting to go on quite as many rides, but this time she got to go on as many rides as she wanted.

But being pregnant and walking around all day long, wow, let's just say I was swollen, sore and every part of my body ached, and some of my body still aches today. We got there around 11:30 am and didn't leave until 9:45 pm. What a day.

It actually did start getting busy until later that afternoon, so we decided since it was already hot, and there wasn't a line, that Rattle Snack Rapids was the way to go. It turns out, Chloe is like me, she doesn't like water rides in her clothes and choose not to go with everyone else.

Later on we went on the Carousel, and then I spent a lot of time in the kid section with Chloe while everyone else did a bunch of the "cool" rides.

Most of my pictures are of Chloe because I was with her and not the other family, but that's ok.

And sorry Lindsay and Amy, I don't think I'll be going back this year with you girls, but if you go, I hope you have lots of fun! lol. (Usually I go with my family, and then I go again with my girl friends... and even then, sometimes I return with one of my kids on bounce back. Oh yeah, we love Lagoon!)

Chloe went on the Carousel many times, and I was lucky enough to get at least 1 picture with us both.

I promised Chloe she could play a game and win a prize. She won this cute little duck.

And then Madison wanted to win something, so I had her play against Devin and he made sure she would win. It was too funny, she wasn't very fast at Whac a Mole, I think it was the longest game ever in Lagoon history for 2 players to play Whac a Mole.
