Madison is the biggest girl on her soccer team this year, and she rocks. Her first game alone she scored 4 goals out of the 5 goals her team made. She is a fabulous soccer player. I'm glad she likes soccer too, because I love soccer.
Then when Brayden had his first soccer game I was in the hospital with Sadie's jaundice. It was a busy night so he ended up being 30 minutes late to his game since Devin was trying to tackle 3 kids at once. (haha, now he knows how I feel.)
However, on Saturday when the kids both had their 2nd game, I was able to go to one of them. Both the kids games started at the same time. I decided I would take Brayden and Sadie to his game, and Devin would take Madison and Chloe to Madison's game. Madison did great, again, and Brayden, well, he was so tired. He went to football practice that morning for 90 minutes and then came home and went to his soccer game.
After Brayden's game he decided it was to much to tackle both soccer and football this year, so he asked if he could stop soccer. I'm totally bummed about it because I LOVE soccer, but he said he would rather focus on football and then if I coach next year he'll play soccer again. So, I agreed. Hey, at least I got to see one of his games.
