It Migrated...

I just got back from my very last ultrasound before I get to have baby Sadie.  I'm am excited to say, the placenta has finally migrated.

For those who haven't been following along, my placenta was close to my cervix, about 2.5 centimeters away at my last ultrasound which was at 30 weeks.  Today it was a little over 5 centimeters away, this allows me to have a vaginal delivery instead of a c-section.

I am not going to say this was a comfortable ultrasound, because, ouch, it hurt.  He had to keep moving her head up out of the way so he could get a better picture of how far my placenta was.  It was pretty painful, but I'm glad everything is good.

She weighs (today) 5 lbs 13 oz and has lots and lots of hair.  He kept commenting how much hair he could see on the ultrasound.  But I already knew she would have hair, and lots of it.  All my kids have had hair, especially the girls.

Just take a look at these pictures.

These first two are of Devin and me.  We can already say they get lots of hair from their mom right? lol.

And these pictures are of the kids.  Can you tell who is who?

Brayden, Madison and then Chloe.  Madison was the only one who was awake for her birthday picture.  But look at all that hair!!  Chloe so far has had the most!!

The best thing is, my girls NEVER lost any of their hair.  It just kept growing.  Brayden did lose his hair, he got pretty thin to almost bald looking at 3 months.  It wasn't until 5 months that he started growing it back.

I can't wait to see what Sadie will look like.  Will she have lots of hair like her sisters before her?  Will she keep all her hair or lose it like her brother?  Will she take a pacifier like Brayden, or suck her thumb like Madison, or maybe not like either like Chloe?  Will she be a good baby like Brayden?  Or have really bad colic like her sisters?

Friday I have my 36 week appointment and at that time I'll schedule an induce date.  My original due date is August 28th, he promised I wouldn't go over, and I know I can have her a week early, but I think I'm going to try for a week and 1 day earlier so I can have her before school starts.  So exciting!!
