To help jump start this activity, we have purchased a grab bag of Disney pins online. Both Brayden and Madison will get 5 pins each.
In case you aren't familiar with Pin Trading, this is what you do:
Basically, you have your lanyard with your pins on it. You walk up to a Cast Member and give them one of your pins for one of their pins. Cool thing is, Cast Members have to trade pins, and certain Cast Members are only allowed to trade with children under the age of 12. You can't however trade them one of your pins that they already have on their lanyard. Oh, and you can only trade with each Cast Member 2 pins at a time, per day. Yep, that's about it.
The reason I went online and purchased the pins was because that way it only cost me around $2.00 a pin. At Disneyland or Disney World the least expensive pin is still $10.00. Some pins, believe it or not, are $200+. Crazy pin collecting people. There is a Limited Edition pin that features Mickey Mouse that is covered in 130 stones. The stones include black sapphire, diamond, garnet and citrine. It only costs a mere $1295.00. lol. Either way, I would NEVER pay that much for a pin!! To see the pin, click Here.

Should be fun for the kiddos to go chat with the cast members. How fun!
