Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum

On Saturday we decided we needed to get out of the house, even though some of us have colds. I don't know about you, but I'm ready for spring.

After lunch we packed all the kids up, and my nephew too, and headed to Thanksgiving Point to go to the Dinosaur Museum.

While waiting in line we decided we would spend an extra 45 minutes and watch the Mammoth Screen 3D movie about Dinosaurs before heading into the museum.

I love the funny 3D glasses you have to wear, and luckily this time, I had my camera, so I had to snap some picture of them in the glasses.

Chloe freaked out several times during the movie, so we told her when scray parts where going to come up so she could take her glasses off and turn her head.

Before heading into the Dinosaur part of the museum, they have this room of what's coming in the Summer of 2011... it reminded me of Discovery Museum in SLC, with all the science things the kids could play with.

Chloe's favorite was the giant air tubes, she couldn't get enough of playing with them. I finally forced her to do something different. lol.

We had a lot of fun in the museum, the kids always love seeing the bones of the dinosaurs. I have pictures, but haven't scrapped them yet, since I can't find a good dinosaur themed kit to use. rofl.

So, I guess more to come.
