Passport Ready

Ok, so it's not completely ready yet, but yesterday I did fill out all the paperwork, get my passport pictures taken, pick up the pictures, and make my way over to the Provo Post Office to pay for and to send everything off.

Why did I do this? Well, I get to go to Paris, France!

Devin has to travel back to France, this time to train the people, and I get to go with him. I am super excited, and we hope to stay a few days longer just for playing purposes. We think we'd leave November 15th and stay at least 5 to 7 days. Not sure yet though. :D

Anyway, to get a passport it costs $100.00, but then because we are leaving next month, I had to pay more money to get it expedited. And then to get it mailed over night, I had to pay for express mail. It came to $175.00 to get a passport. Geez! It should be here around November 6th.

The kids don't get to come though, and it's going to be hard to leave them. Especially since I haven't left Chloe yet and she's so little and such a mama's girl. Devin's parents said they'd watch the kids for us though, so that's nice.

After we come back home from France, we leave the Saturday after Thanksgiving to Disney World. What a busy month, but it will be a lot of fun.

While Devin was there, besides working, the only thing he got to do was see the Eiffel Tower, so this time we'll definitely get to do some sightseeing. While he's at work, I'll be having fun without him. Poor Devin. :D

Here are a few pictures from Devin's trip to France. Keep in mind, he doesn't know how to use a camera, pretty much at all. lol.

Sounds like fun! I know what you mean with the passport business. When I went to England they had just started the new passport rules for Mexico and they were really back up. I expedited it and it still barely got here. They ended up refunding me the money for expediting though. Good luck! I would love to see more of Europe.
