Devin comes home tomorrow, and I can't wait. He hasn't been gone long, but I have this horrible head cold, and 3 kids to manage on my own. Put those together, makes it seem twice as long. :D
Saturday night I decided to be lazy and I took the kids to McDonalds to eat and play (we never left the house Saturday until dinner because of this weather). Anyway, Brayden took Chloe on the big slide and her only slide ride there, she managed to get hurt. I am not to sure what happened, but from how Brayden explained it, her right leg bent underneath her as she was going down the slide. She cried, but not to much, but started limping and then wouldn't walk at all. I decided to not worry to much about it, gave her some Tylenol when we got home and put them to bed.
Sunday morning though she still wouldn't walk. She would try to stand up but when she would put pressure on her right leg, she would whine because she still hurt. She would just sit and wait until we would pick her up. I compared her legs and didn't see any bruising or swelling so I kind of thought she pulled a ligament or sprained it.
Monday morning she was still sore, so I took her to the doctors. Now Chloe HATES doctors. When she was younger she had the flu and got really dehydrated so we had to go to the hospital for a few days. They had me holding her down so they could poke her several times in attempt to get an IV in her. Ever since then, she's hated doctors. Well, they did take x-rays and never saw anything broken, so they told me to give her another 2 days and continue to give her Tylenol. After 2 days the doctor said to call back and if needed they'd have us go to the hospital for more intensive x-rays. (Whatever that means.)
Today she's walking but still limping and she won't walk long. She eventually goes to crawling mode. I still don't see any bruising, swelling, or any tenderness when I touch her so I am not sure where exactly she still hurts. I have narrowed it down myself to either her ankle or her foot. Still not to sure. I guess we'll see what happens by tomorrow night. She's probably just pulled a ligament... if you've ever done that before, it hurts for quite some time.
Poor Chloe.
On the other hand though... Chloe was great for her flu shot.
Monday after school I took myself and the kids to get our annual flu shots. Brayden went first, he's always been good with shots. Although this time he almost grabbed at the needle because of the small pain he was experiencing. Next went me. I hate shots, but I of course managed. Then there was Madison. She freaks out at shots. I had to put the baby down and hold Madison down while she screamed at the top of her lungs to get a silly flu shot. She's so dramatic. Then Chloe, seeing what was going on with Madison, got a little nervous. She cried a little while they gave her the shot, but with me holding her and a hugging her, it didn't last long. Madi probably cried for the next 10 mintues afterwords. Seriously Dramatic!!!

I hope her leg gets feeling better. That's no fun. We would love to go to Chucky Cheese but I'm canning salsa with my mom. Fun huh! But if we get done we will for sure come. Email me your phone #. Damon's been begging me to go since we took him there for his last birthday. Time to go again!
Poor Chloe! Hope her leg feels better! Too bad I didn't get the shot cause I think that is what I had on Saturday night into Sunday! I hate throwing up and felling achey everywhere!
