Another Tooth

Well, Madison begged me to post a picture of her with her 2nd tooth gone.

She had to get her 1st loose tooth pulled because it wasn't wiggly enough, and her other tooth was coming in way too quick. This time however, we were able to pull the wiggly tooth out.

Madison was very paranoid and constantly freaking out because she hadn't ever had to pull her own tooth. She actually liked having the dentist pull it. It was wiggly for several weeks, but then yesterday, she accidental punched herself in the mouth area. Yes, you heard right, she punched herself in the mouth. lol. After a little 'punch' her tooth was more wiggly. She came crying to me because it was bleeding... she hates blood. I grabbed a Kleenex and with one yank, pulled it out, cleaned it off, and handed it to her. She was super excited!

Then that night, she put it in a cute little box, and put it on the kitchen table.

Back up! What, the kitchen table?

Yes, the kitchen table. We decided that we would start putting the kids teeth on the kitchen table because every once in a while, the tooth fairy would forget to pick up their tooth and give them money. I guess if you had so many teeth to collect every night, you might forget a few teeth too. So, with it in the kitchen, maybe the tooth fairy could find it better and remember to get it?!?

Well, not this time. The tooth fairy totally forgot about her tooth, even with it on the table. But, a few minutes later... Madison came running into the bedroom to show me the tooth fairy did show up and give her money and took her tooth. Maybe we just woke up to early and the tooth fairy couldn't get it in time. Phew, at least it did get picked up before another day went by. :D

Missing tooth Madison. This is her 2nd big girl tooth that has come in. At this age, Brayden had at least 5 or 6 already in. After all, he did get his first tooth at 3 months... he had all his teeth at 9 months. Crazy kid!

Cute Madison!

My Madi has a tooth hanging by, I have no idea what! She will not pull it out. Drives me crazy. I keep telling her she will loose it and notbe able to find it...or swallow it, then though cookies after that!!! That is great that your daughter lets you help out. Good job Madison for being so brave!!!
