Just Like My Kids

I am not sure about you, but I do treat my dog almost as good as I treat my kids. I honestly love that little fella'. He even sleeps with me in bed. Smack next to me. Devin jokes that the dog gets to cuddle me more. But the dog isn't a furnace. Don't get me wrong, I love cuddling with Devin, especially in the winter, but man, him and Brayden sleep so super hot, it's like having a heating blanket on all the time! lol.

• Chico follows me around EVERYWHERE - just like my kids.
• If I am not giving him attention, he scratches at me until I do - just like my kids.
• If he is stuck on the other side of the gate, he whines and barks until I come pick him up and take him over it - just like my kids, well, Chloe.
• If I am eatting something super tasty, and he wants some of it, he will sit next to me and wait patiently for me to drop some of it on the floor - just like my kids.
• If he starts to get tired and wants to cuddle, he'll hop up on my lap and curl in a little ball to take a rest - just like my kids.
• At night, if I start to ignore him, and he gets super tired, he'll find a warm blanket, crawl into it as much as he can to stay nice and warm - just like my kids.

Ok, so my kids don't exactly do what Chico does, but you get the idea, right? lol.

Chico was tired waiting for us to go to bed, so he climbed into the blanket on the couch and fell asleep, until I took his picture.
