Not that I have a lot to say with this being my 2nd post of the day, but I wanted to share a few of my family favorite CopyKat Recipes with everyone.

Sonic's Strawberry Limeade
1 can sprite
1/4 cup Strawberry Margarita mix (or cherry if you want a cherry limeade)
2 Tbsp lime juice

Mix all together, and enjoy!

Wendys Chocolate Frosty
1/2 cup milk
4 tsp. chocolate malted milk mix (ovaltine or carnation)
2 cups or scoops of vanilla ice cream

Combine milk and mix together until blended. Then blend in ice cream until smooth. Yum.
*Sometimes to help thicken it up, we'll put it in the freezer for a few minutes.

Red Lobster's Shrimp Scampi
1 cup butter
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 Tbsp Parsley flakes
2 lbs medium raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, with or without tails

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In small saucepan combine butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic and parsley. When butter is completed melted, remove from heat.
Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until shrimps are pink and opaque.

Delicious, not exactly like Red Lobster, but close enough for my family. Delicious!
